The IIHS, Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, has recently released its safety ratings for the 2023 model year. We're happy to announce that the Ford Mustang Mach-E and Ford Explorer have both received an overall "good" rating, landing them in some of the top-scoring SUV lists.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E received "good" ratings in every safety category, giving it a great spot in the electric midsize SUV category. When it has the specific headlights, it was also included in the prestigious TOP SAFETY PICK lineup.
The Ford Explorer with its updated front end also received the TOP SAFETY PICK title.
